TOTS CARGADOS AL HORNO TRAEGER

Nunca has probado tots como estos antes. Cargado con chili, queso cursi, cebollas y una llovizna de crema agria, este es un aperitivo épico al que seguirás regresando.

INGREDIENTES
2 libras de papas fritas congeladas
1 lata (15 oz) de frijoles negros, escurridos y enjuagados
1 1/2 taza de chile, calentado
1 Cup queso
1 cebolla roja mediana, finamente picada
1/2 taza de cilantro fresco, picado
1/2 taza de crema agria
1 jalapeño en rodajas

PASOS

Cuando esté listo para cocinar, ajuste la temperatura Traeger a 375 °F y precaliente con la tapa cerrada durante 15 minutos.

Extienda los tots congelados en una sola capa en una bandeja para hornear. Coloque la bandeja para hornear sobre las rejillas de la parrilla, cierre la tapa y cocine hasta que los tots estén crujientes, 25-30 minutos.

Retire la bandeja para hornear de la parrilla. Cubra los tots con el chile, el queso y los frijoles negros. Regrese a la parrilla, cierre la tapa y cocine hasta que se caliente, aproximadamente 15 minutos.

Retire los tots cargados de la parrilla. Cubra con la cebolla roja, el cilantro, la crema agria y el jalapeño. Servir caliente.
