TRAEGER BAKED LOADED TATER TOTS

You’ve never tasted tots like these before. Loaded with chili, cheesy queso, onions, and a sour cream drizzle, this is one epic appetizer you’ll keep coming back to.

35 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS 
2 Pound frozen tater tots
1 (15-oz) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 Cup chili, warmed
1 Cup queso
1 Medium red onion, finely chopped
1/2 Cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 sliced jalapeño

STEPS

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 375°F and preheat with the closed for 15 minutes.

Spread the frozen tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet on the grill grates, close the lid, and cook until the tots are crispy, 25-30 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the grill. Top the tots with the chili, queso, and black beans. Return to the grill, close the lid, and cook until warmed through, about 15 minutes.

Remove the loaded tots from grill. Top with the red onion, cilantro, sour cream, and jalapeño. Serve hot.
