BLACKSTONE GLAZED DONUT SMASH BURGERS

Ingredients
Glazed donuts (cut in half to use as buns)
80/20 ground beef
American cheese slices
Whiskey burger seasoning
Directions
1. Carefully slice the glazed donuts in half to use as buns.
2. Shape the ground beef into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
3. Generously season the burger meat with Whiskey Burger Seasoning.
4. Heat a griddle or skillet on high heat and smash the burger balls flat.
5. Flip the burgers once they’ve developed a good crust, then immediately top each with a slice of American cheese.
6. Once the cheese has melted and the burgers are fully cooked, place the patty between the glazed donut halves to create your burger.
