Traeger Cajun Broil

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Pound Red Potatoes
Old Bay Seasoning
6 Ears Corn, Cut Into Thirds
2 Pound Smoked Kielbasa Sausage
3 Pound Large Shrimp With Tails, Deveined
2 Tablespoon Butter
Steps:
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 450℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Drizzle potatoes with half of the olive oil and lightly season with Old Bay seasoning. Place directly on the grill grate. Roast 20 minutes or until
tender.
Drizzle corn with remaining olive oil and lightly season with Old Bay seasoning. Place corn and kielbasa directly on the grill grate next to the potatoes. Roast 15 minutes.
Season shrimp with Old Bay seasoning. Place shrimp directly on grill grate next to the rest of the items and cook for 10 minutes, or until bright pink and cooked through.
Remove everything from the grill and transfer to a large bowl. Add butter and season with more Old Bay seasoning to taste. Toss to coat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
