Chipotle de camarones a la parrilla GMG Pellet

INGREDIENTES:
1 libra de camarones crudos
brochetas de bambú
Salsa chipotle GMG
Aliño de Chipotle con Ajo Asado GMG

Let’s Get Started:
Comience con camarones desvenados crudos. A veces, su tendero los vende completamente pelados, pero a menudo debe pelarlos. Solo asegúrate de quitar todas las conchas. Usa el tamaño que prefieras. Los tamaños se refieren a la cantidad de camarones por libra, por lo que un tamaño de 31 a 40 significa que una libra contendrá de 31 a 40 camarones.


Puedes comprar pinchos de madera por casi nada en una tienda de dólar. Remoje tantos como vaya a utilizar en una cacerola con agua durante unos 30 minutos, lo que evitará que se quemen.


Usa dos de estos y empuja los camarones sobre ellos. Cuando usa dos brochetas, puede voltear la brocheta (o shashlik) sin que giren en la brocheta. No tienes que separarlos, ya que en el caso de los camarones, dos adyacentes los mantendrán en su lugar.


Cepille las brochetas con salsa de chipotle GMG y refrigere por aproximadamente 3 horas.
