BLACKSTONE PIZZA OVEN LAZY LASAGNA
Looking for a quick, crowd-pleasing comfort food that’s perfect for your Blackstone Pizza Oven? This Lazy Lasagna is the answer. With all the cheesy, savory goodness of traditional lasagna but half the prep time, it’s a delicious shortcut meal that doesn’t cut corners on flavor. Baked to bubbly perfection in the Blackstone, this dish is ideal for busy weeknights, weekend gatherings, or anytime you want a hearty meal with minimal effort.
Ingredients
1 jar of your favorite sauce
1 package of Italian sausage tortellini
1 package of spinach ricotta tortellini
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 bunch of Italian parsley
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone Pizza Oven to 550°F.
Spread a thin layer of sauce in a Blackstone deep dish pan.
Add the Italian sausage tortellini in an even layer.
Top with another layer of sauce.
Sprinkle a handful of Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
Add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Place the spinach ricotta tortellini on top.
Pour the remaining sauce over the tortellini.
Finish with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Place the pan in the pizza oven and bake for about 8 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped Italian parsley.
Serve and enjoy!
