INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Pound ground beef
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper
4 Slices Swiss cheese
4 Slices Spam
4 Slices pineapple
4 English Muffins
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

STEPS
1

when ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 450˚F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal results, set to 500° if available.

2

In a medium bowl, add the ground beef, salt, and black pepper and mix with hands to combine. Form into four (1/3 lb) patties.

3

Insert the probe horizontally into the center of a burger patty. Place the patties directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook, 4-6 minutes per side, until the internal temperature registers 135˚F for medium-rare, or cook to desired doneness. Top the burgers with cheese during the last minute of cooking to melt.

4

Remove the burgers from the grill and set aside to rest. Place Spam and pineapple on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook, flipping occasionally until warmed through and lightly browned.

5

Place another slice of cheese on Spam and continue to cook until melted. Place the English muffins on the grill grates to toast 2-3 minutes.

6

In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise and Sriracha, and stir to combine.

7

Remove the English muffins, pineapple, and Spam from the grill. Place the bottom buns on a cutting board. Top with a slice of pineapple. Add burger patty and top with Spam. Top with Sriracha mayonnaise, then close burger. Serve immediately,
enjoy!
